There are many children in our area who are unable to attend Good News Club© because a club is not offered at their school, they have to take the bus home, or they are not attending a public school right now. We want to reach as many children as possible, so we created the What’s the News mail club.

Booklets are sent in the mail to participating children containing a Bible Lesson, Missionary Story, Memory Verse, and lots of fun activities. We also have an digital option that can be sent via email.

In the back of each booklet is a review sheet that the child can complete and mail back in. One of our volunteers will check the child’s review sheet, correct incorrect answers, and write encouraging notes to the child. The child will be awarded points for each of the activities or questions that he or she completes. This sheet will be mailed back to the child with the next booklet in the series.

Each quarter, the local CEF office will hold a drive thru where parents can bring their children to pick up the prizes that they have earned by collecting points!

Prizes include

  • Candy

  • Crafts

  • Small Toys

  • A Bible

  • And More!

If you know of a child who would like to receive a What’s the News starter booklet, have them sign up here!
